Caleta , Tenerife is approximately twenty minutes drive from the main Tenerife South airport . Caleta is a traditional fishing village which is also now home to the Sheraton La Caleta a new five star hotel.
Caleta is located further down the coast between Fanabe and the Playa Paraiso resort within the Costa Adeje municipality. The Caleta resort is also home to several good fish restaurants, such as Pices.
Caleta is a fairly small resort with few bars and restaurants , ideal for a quieter break . There is also a private man made beach which is one of a few white beaches in Tenerife.
