The villa has a similar layout to that of
the 'Monteray' villa, with fully equipped kitchen including washing
machine, 2 bathrooms downstairs, dinning room, spacious lounge area
with T.V and patio doors leading out to the pool area. On the first
floor, there is a master bedroom with bathroom and private balcony.
There is a private swimming pool, with sunbathing
area, sunloungers, table and chairs. Although just a short walk away
from the local amenities, due to the elevated position of this villa
it is not ideal for any one with walking difficulties.
